This popular pop-up-style lunch table offers a fine-dining experience hosted by our trainees at levels 3 and 4 in professional culinary arts.
The purpose is two-fold; to offer our trainees a greater level of commercial and hospitality experience, alongside producing a delicious lunch, and sociable occasion for our guests.
It also further supports a new wave a talent providing them opportunities to cook-live and present their food in-person to you.
There is a concession charge of £15 per person.
