Delighted to announce that our popular pop-ups are not only back but back with force! We’ve been running these fairly sporadically for many years towards the end of silver and gold modules. We’ve noticed considerable benefit to our trainees both in their cooking and hospitality skills and have now included this as part of their weekly routine alongside qualification training.
Secondarily but also very importantly we really want to serve and include you in the wonderful atmosphere at WhitePepper – actually we couldn’t do it without you! We are therefore able to offer you a very attractive price for a 2 course lunch by way of thanking you.
We would love for you to join us, experience the food and learn about this next generation of chefs. As a side, we would just ask that you remember that these students may be 4-15 weeks into their 16 week training course, that the majority may have come with limited experience and that they are dealing with the cooking and the hosting as a newly formed brigade.
The dishes will be products from their classes in and around the pop-up event, so there will be little room for dietary preferences. There will be a choice of main either meat/fish or vegetarian option (this will be emailed to you after you have booked the event). A single dessert will be produced on the day and plated individually for everyone. If this provides any concern for you then please email ([email protected]) in advance of making any booking confirmation(s).
We would also ask that you are particularly careful with booking dates. So often is the case where bookings are made (which clog-up the system), only to be cancelled by email the same moment. In reality it takes time to refund those places (up to 24hrs) and re-make them available to others, so please double check with your guests before committing to the the purchase of lunch tickets. For the price of these tickets we are not accounting for any additional administration or time to resolve booking issues. We will of course contact you ahead of the event by way of reminder to attend the exciting lunch.
