About this Course
Whole animal butchery 1-day class. Join this interactive and participative workshop to learn how to skin, butcher and prepare the majestic cuts of a locally shot venison. Get hands-on with our master butcher first portioning prime cuts, then cutting and tying roasting and braising cuts. This course focuses purely on butchery and is an evolution of our awarding winning game course Feathered & Furred. Included in the course price is your entry into the end-of-day free meat raffle, for a chance to take home some organic meat.
