Alongside culinary arts training we run two development activities to build confidence and communication. Team Leaders and Kitchen Managers. Learn to lead a team, organise others, and take responsibility for operational processes.
Pop-up Restaurants
From the fourth week of training, you’ll cook and host a weekly restaurant featuring four courses and homemade drinks. From welcoming guests and taking their coats to cooking, explaining the dishes and confidently managing every aspect of hosting.


Running a Micro-Café
Work alongside our pastry chef with lunch, brunch and barista service. Think waffles, patisserie, and sourdough. Handle a busy queue, programme the till, rotate stock, organise prep lists and develop confidence across a daytime service.
Short Internship
Having got to know you and fully understood your skill set and aspirations, we set out to arrange a bespoke work placement to strengthen your confidence and help you gain valuable experiences across esteemed hospitality environments.
