Enrolling at 18 years of age, Bronte had no professional experience but a firm plan to launch a food business. Bronte said, “I have learnt so much in such a short space of time. I feel my skills have developed in many different areas due to the great teaching. I have had so much fun working with new people and am looking forward to building on the things that I have learnt!”
