Cassia
From school, Cassia went on to complete a VTCT Level 2 diploma in Professional Cookery at a Buckinghamshire college. Following this, Cassia was keen to train in a more dynamic and fast paced environment. Luckily, she was able to use her education credits from her L2 award from her previous college, to enrol for L4 at WhitePepper. Cassia finished top of her class and is currently employed as a commis chef.
