Career Change
As a freelance graphic designer, Catarina wanted to transfer that creativity to her love of food. After graduation she went on to work for a leading luxury hotel group. Catarina said, “Meeting the suppliers and handling local produce, the hands-on nature of the course and the promise of career support was important to me.”
