This budding entrepreneur joined as an international student from the Netherlands, before embarking on a hotel management programme. Floris has since launched ‘Kauai’, an award winning healthy fresh food restaurant in Utrecht. Floris said, “My English was not that good at all, however, the staff made me feel at home and it was very comfortable.”
