Natalia is Portuguese and is in the process of raising a young family. Natalia wanted to explore her passion for food through formal training and also test the notion of opening a food business. Natalia graduated top of her class, claiming the ‘Top Student Award’ in 2022, and has a particular interest in pastry and patisserie. “The team at WhitePepper is super!” said Natalia.
