A serial entrepreneur and property man, Nick couldn’t contain his pursuit to explore professional cookery any longer. He started with The Digital Chef ™, which suited his schedule at the time, before attending 80-days of in-person training, resulting in a Level 4 Diploma. Nick also used this time to develop a novel business enterprise called Bald Chef Nick.
