Suzanne joined WhitePepper Academy as an experienced chalet host from Zermatt in Switzerland, having been recommended by a friend in the same profession. Suzanne was looking for further inspiration and guidance to organise and bolster her existing set of culinary skills. Suzanne said, “WhitePepper has been great and I’ve really enjoyed the countryside setting.”
