William arrived at WhitePepper Academy as a hugely creative and ambitious Chef de Partie for a gastro pub. Will went on to perfect authentic Italian cuisine at restaurant Cin Cin, before switching to pastry at the award winning Julien Plumart Bakery. Will said, “I am so excited about the versatility of food!”
