Ryan did brilliantly getting through to judges chambers on the current series of Great British Menu.
As a former student of ours, Ryan has kindly agreed to share his knowledge during a presentation and demonstration at WhitePepper’s training kitchen in Dorset.
A small number of tickets are still available to join Ryan demonstrating his specialist subject of canapes.
The demonstration will take place at WhitePepper Chef Academy on 26th April between 10am to 1pm.
