Quintessentially Italian and perhaps the most recognisable of all the classes associated with “cookery school”. Learn to make our signature pasta with flour or semolina. Tomato or squid ink, for colour.

  • Fresh pasta dough (tortellini & pappardelle)

  • Exploring different pasta doughs
  • Authentic Italian pasta sauce
  • Introduction to Italian bread making
  • Various pasta shapes (stuffed pasta, hand rolled & cut ).
