Our 1-day taster day supports those looking for a try-before-you-buy experience before committing to a full-time professional training course.

How it works; nominate any 1-day cookery course held on Saturdays throughout the year – you’ll experience our location, our facilities, our food and the teaching team.

Should you subsequently book a professional training course within 12 months of attending this taster day, then the cost of the 1-day course will be credited against the professional fees.
